About Keto

This is information about Keto diets. Keto is short for ketogenic diet, this is a diet that is very low in simple carbohydrates (sugars and breads) and very high in protein and fats. This Diet cause the release of ketones in your system. Which can be tracked with a urine test and also noticed by changes in your breath.

First recipe I created

Stuff Green Peppers prep time 15 minutes –cook time 45 minutes at 375degrees

  • 3 green peppers
  • carton of cottage cheese
  • head of cauliflower for ( cauliflower rice)
  • cheese
  • spaghetti sauce

Clean and dry pepper, then cut in half side ways. Organize the six half in a 13×9 cake pan

Place a table spoon of spaghetti sauce inside the pepper, then a layer of cauliflower rice, a layer of cottage cheese and a layer of cheese. repeat this until the half peppers are all stuffed.

Bake in Oven at 375 for 45 minute with two table spoons of water in the bottom of the cake pan and foil over the top. The peppers should be soft enough to cut with a fork.
